Wedding/Commitment Ceremony Costs

Charges for Use of Building and Personnel

OPTION 1

PRIVATE WEDDING/COMMITMENT CEREMONY COSTS

 Wedding/Commitment Ceremony with No Rehearsal, No Reception, No Bride’s Room, No Groom’s Room, No Kitchen Use, Less than 20 people total – SANCTUARY ONLY for Wedding/Commitment Ceremony. 

 

 

 Cost for Non-Members            $ 450.00 (plus a $200 refundable deposit)

  
The deposit will guarantee the date for your Wedding/Commitment Ceremony.  In the event that the facility is not left in the condition in which it was found, the deposit will be forfeited.


 In the event that the Wedding/Commitment Ceremony is cancelled:

More than four months in advance, the entire deposit will be refunded.
One to three months in advance, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
Less than a month before the Wedding/Commitment Ceremony, the deposit is forfeited. 

Rental Costs and Fees 

        Sanctuary, use of sound equipment, church sitter’s fee                             $ 300.00

        Officiating Minister                                                                           $ 150.00

All Costs and Fees are due at least 30 days before the scheduled day of the Wedding/Commitment Ceremony.

Your deposit (providing there is no damage or extra cleaning required) will be returned approximately two weeks after the Wedding/Commitment Ceremony.

 

                                                              OPTION 2
                                 WEDDING/COMMITMENT CEREMONY COSTS


Wedding/Commitment Ceremony with more than 20 people as guests and members of the wedding/commitment ceremony party. 

 

Cost for Non-Members                       $ 650.00 (plus a $200 refundable deposit)

 

The deposit will guarantee the date for your Wedding/Commitment Ceremony.  In the event that the facility is not left in the condition in which it was found, the deposit will be forfeited.

 

 In the event that the Wedding/Commitment Ceremony is cancelled:

More than four months in advance, the entire deposit will be refunded.  

One to three months in advance, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.

Less than a month before the Wedding/Commitment Ceremony, the deposit is forfeited.

 

  Rental Costs and Fees

  
 Sanctuary, bride’s room, groomsmen's room, use of sound equipment,
  church sitter’s fee, use of fellowship hall & limited kitchen use                     $ 500.00 

 

 

Officiating Minister                                                                          $ 150.00

 *Kitchen use is limited to use of the following: refrigerator, freezer, sink, and microwave.  The sink must be clean, and the trash placed in the trash containers outside the side door before leaving.  The use of the stove is not included in this agreement.
